Strategic Partnerships

We collaborate with every component of transportation security by developing strategic partnerships with government agencies, vendors, operators, airline and airport authorities, and industry stakeholders.

CASRA/HumanLink?Symposit

Visit the HumanLink/Symposit Booth #2673 at the Interservice/Industry Training, Simulation and Education Conference (I/ITSEC), November 29-December 3, 2021

Together with our global partner CASRA, visitors can experience innovations to security training and screening first-hand. There will be Demos, Competitions, and prizes for those who locate the threat first via XRT4, including special offer XRT4 trials, giveaways, and a pilot program for a few visitors!

Superior technology yields superior detection. Throughout the trade show, Symposit and HumanLink will be presenting an overview of the X-Ray Tutor, XRT4. This proven technology is already implemented throughout Europe. Learn how we can use metrics and human factors to improve training and testing solutions for security officers and X-ray screeners within all screening environments, including TSA, CBP, Federal and state office buildings, Cargo facilities, Sports and concert venues, and various other areas of security operation.

CASRA technology defies all others with its enhanced screening capabilities, allowing not only single-view images but dual-view and 3D computer tomography technology. XRT4 runs on the latest technology, without any plug-in on various internet browsers. XRT4 is highly flexible and configurable and supports different user interfaces.

I/ITSEC is the world's largest modeling, simulation, and training event and conference. Held this year November 29-December 3 in Orlando, Florida, I/ITSEC consists of peer-reviewed paper presentations, tutorials, special events, professional workshops, a commercial exhibit hall, a serious games competition, and STEM events for teachers and secondary students.

Human & Automation

We identify distractions that may impact performance and find ways to mitigate those distractions in the workplace through simplified Graphical User Interface (GUI) analysis and design. We can improve work cultures by refining workstations to fit the needs of security professionals and by choosing the best technologies, workstation and interface design, well-trained people and proven effective procedures to increase security effectiveness and situational awareness.

Threat Detection Errors

We train screeners with state-of-the-art screening technologies to identify threats through knowledge-based factors, image-based factors, and systematic threat assessments. We conduct training through CASRA’s X-Ray Tutor 4 to better focus on the challenges that screeners and operators face. CASRA’s XRT4 is the premier training platform in over 50 countries and 900 airports. The 2D training capabilities are based on validated research.

Improve Your Performance

Overlooking minor details can lead to major challenges in performance or can lead to a serious threat. Human error affects us all. In security, there is little room for error. At HumanLink, we train better. As technology advances, security threats can be better detected by machines and the combined use of human staff, screening protocols, sensors, and xray technology. We understand how to train people and help them improve as security screeners, working side by side with technology and reducing the distractions that cloud human judgment.
